Visa information
It is the responsibility of each participant to obtain the required entry visa for Switzerland. Visas must be obtained prior to arrival.
As visa requirements vary for each country, please contact the nearest Swiss Embassy, Consulate or travel agency for more information.
In addition, those who do not fly directly to Switzerland should note that a transit visa might be required for some countries in order to continue their travel to Switzerland. Official information can be found at the link below.
If a letter of invitation is needed for the visa application, you can request this in the registration form, and the Conference Secretariat will contact you. Before requesting an invitation letter, please double check exactly what information is needed from your local Embassy. The requirements are different from country to country.
Visa invitation letters will only be issued after payment and receipt of the conference registration fees. Please note that the conference organizers are not authorized to issue visa invitation letters for accompanying guests, unless they are full registered paying participants at the conference.
Your name must be listed exactly as it appears on your passport. Any differences between the name on your passport and the name on your invitation letter or other documentation could lead to a delay and/or denial of your visa.
Should your visa application be denied, the Psi-k conference cannot change the decision. The registration fee cannot be refunded when the visa application is denied. Please register as early as you can to make sure you have enough time for the visa process.
